The High Museum of Art has a long history of connecting people with art, both at the Museum and in the community. Our community efforts connect us to after-school programs, community centers, libraries, and festivals as we work to bring art to you! The High offers tour and workshop opportunities related to specific special exhibitions in addition to scouting badges and buddy/mentorship programs.
Please call 404-733-4586 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options for your group.
Community Workshops at the High provide hands-on learning experiences for community groups serving youth ages 6 through 18. Workshops are available on select weekends and weekdays; they typically last two hours. Please call 404-733-4586 or email email@example.com to discuss options for your group.
Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts have the opportunity to learn about art, history, and different cultures while also working on completing art-related badges! Our Scouting Badge Workshops typically last two hours and combine gallery exploration with art-making activities to fulfill specific components of badge requirements.
Workshops are available on select weekends and weekdays. Scouting Badge Workshops are $15 per child (includes Museum admission); minimum group of 10 children required. One chaperone is free for every 7 children. Badges not included. Please call 404-733-4586 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options for your group.
